Orders that are in stock are transferred to PostNL or DHL within 1 to 2 business days.
If the WoodyMap or the frame is not in stock, we will arrange this as soon as possible. If the laser cutting machines are busy, it can happen that the shipment will only be ready after 3 days. We will always do our best to complete the order as quickly as possible.
Once you have received an email confirming your order and payment has been made, the order will be prepared for shipment. When the order is on its way, an email will be sent with the shipping details.
- The shipping costs per order up to 30 kg are €4,95.
- For orders heavier than 23 kg, additional shipping costs can be charged.
- Orders over € 100,- are shipped for free within the Netherlands!
Date of delivery
If the courier tries to deliver the package but no one is present, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next delivery day. If this attempt also fails, the courier will leave a message in your letter box with information at which post office or service point the order can be picked up. If the order is not picked up within the period, it will be returned to us. The additional shipping costs associated with this are charged.
The products can also be collected free of charge by appointment! Because we are not present every day, it is useful to first make an appointment by e-mail, or look at our contact page for the current opening times.
Exchange or return
Do you want to exchange or return an item? That’s no problem. Send us an e-mail (email@example.com) within 14 days with your wishes. Would you like a different item, different color, different size or perhaps rather your money back? A return label can be requested here. If you then include the enclosed packing slip or invoice with your return shipment, the return shipment will be processed immediately upon receipt.
How does a return handling work?
- Send an e-mail within 14 days of receipt to report your return shipment;
- We send return instructions with a link to our return portal;
- Return your product (s) to the return address within 14 days;
- Product must be sent in unused condition with the enclosed packing slip or order confirmation.
- We assess and process your return. If agreed, we will refund the money.
Only undamaged and unused products
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging in undamaged and unused condition.
If you meet the conditions described above, we will refund the purchase amount of the order including the shipping costs to the delivery address to your account. The return costs are therefore not included. If a sent order is returned because it was damaged during shipment or because incorrect information was stated on the site with the product, these return costs will also be reimbursed. If the shipment is returned for other reasons, Woodymaps.nl has the right to charge the return costs. Upon return of only a part of the order, the shipping costs to the delivery address are not refunded.
If there is a suspicion that the product has already been used or is damaged by fault of the customer (other than that of Woodymaps.nl or the supplier of the product), Woodymaps.nl reserves the right to refuse returned products or to only credit a portion of the amount already paid.
